SHIPPING & RETURNS


DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders are currently made to order in Nashville, Tennessee.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and production before shipping.  All domestic orders are shipped at no charge to you, and arrive via USPS Priority Mail.   Packages cannot be cancelled or intervened once they have left our facility.  We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.  Insurance is not included in shipments.  For questions, please contact us at support@onarex.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail at a flat shipping rate of $25, and can take 7-21 days to arrive to its destination after our standard processing and production time.  Package cannot be cancelled or intervened once it has left our facility.  We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.  Shipping charges are non refundable and do not include insurance.   Please be aware that each country has its own rules concerning customs charges and you may be responsible for paying additional fees upon receipt of your order.   For questions, please contact us at support@onarex.com.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please contact support@onarex.com to initiate the process. Garments must be returned unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags attached, otherwise a cleaning and restocking fee may incur.   Shipping charges are non refundable.  Ona Rex is not reliable for issues concerning returned items, including packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged.   All garments and accessories purchased during sales or promotional events are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to an order after purchase, please contact support@onarex.com.  Once an item as shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel the order while in transit.
